Cayce Goldberg is a contemporary digital painter and gallery director of Helikon. With over a decade of experience in digital art media, Cayce’s work seeks to break the barriers between digital, computer-driven art and traditional, physical art media. He approaches his tools with the same strategies and goals as a realist painter, relying on real-world techniques to create artworks that challenge the audience to forget their expectations of digital art.

Cayce was born in 1989 in Denver, Colorado. Following a life long interest in visual arts, he went on to study Illustration at the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design where he graduated with a BFA in 2010. In early 2011, he worked with his family to facilitate the concept and design of a new art space in Denver’s RiNo Art District, Helikon Gallery & Studios. Helikon opened its doors in late 2013 where he now works as a resident artist and head curator of two gallery spaces.
